Here is a list of some of the many amazing places to visit in town! 

Toomer’s Drugs:

Toomer’s is an Auburn staple and a must-visit establishment when you’re in town! Try their world famous fresh squeezed lemonade, grab a bite to eat, or even pick up some Auburn gear. They’re open on Fridays from 10am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-7pm, and Sundays 12pm-5pm.

Come Home to the Corner:

Looking for some Friday night entertainment? Come Home to the Corner is an event the whole family can enjoy! Come listen to some live music outside of Toomer’s, enjoy extended shopping hours, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the entertainment district from 6pm-9pm. Come Home to the Corner is every Friday night before a home football game!

Extended shopping:

Many or our retailers stay open late on Friday evening and will open on Sundays after a home game, as well. Browse gifts, specialty items, trendy clothing and more! Check out our full list of retailers.

Entertainment District:

Purchase a drink from one of our restaurants or bars and take it to-go as you stroll through the shops in downtown Auburn. Entertainment district is every Friday night before a home football game from 6pm-9pm!

Sessions:

Looking for a more relaxed environment to enjoy a drink with your family and friends? Stop by Sessions and try one of their specialty cocktails and enjoy the moody atmosphere. Support the Magic City Acceptance Academy by ordering the Juicebox, this month’s Cocktail for a Cause! Their hours on Fridays and Saturdays are 3pm-2am.

J&M:

Forgot to pack orange or blue ? J&M can meet all your Auburn gear needs! Located across the street from campus, J&M offers a wide array of Auburn apparel and merchandise. It is also located by the famous War Eagle wall so make sure you stop by and take a picture!

Chewacla:

Are you wanting to see some of the beautiful sights Auburn has to offer? Then you should definitely head on over to Chewacla State Park and hike one of their many trails, visit Chewacla Falls, and take a walk around Chewacla Lake. This 2020 Traveler’s Choice Award winner is a great place to take your family and enjoy some scenic views!

The Red Barn:

The Red Barn, located on South Donahue Drive, is a favorite among local Auburn residents and students. It’s a great place to have a picnic, tailgate before the game, host an event, watch the sunset, or even take your furry friends! 

Auburn Candle Company:

In need of a unique gift for friends or family? Stop in to the Auburn Candle Company where you can pour your own candle with the help of a scent stylist! They offer premium soy candles, fragrance oils, and clean burning cotton and paper wicks to enhance your home!

Live Music:

In addition to the live music at Come Home to the Corner, you can visit one of our local bars and listen to one of many different bands! Check out 1716, Southeastern Bar, or Moe’s BBQ to see who they have on their lineups this weekend!

Whittel Rooftop Bar:

Interested in having a drink with a view? Located on the roof of The Collegiate Hotel, the Whittel Rooftop Bar offers a unique drinking experience and offers some of the best views in Auburn! Enjoy their full beer, wine, and cocktail menu as you watch the sunset over Samford Hall. They’re open Fridays and Saturdays 3pm-10pm.

The Plains Taproom:
