Downtown
Auburn is where the city meets Auburn University. The neighborhood
is bustling 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, with all kinds of restaurants,
shops, and everyday services. It's a place where everyone from young
kids and growing families to crazy college students and distinguished
Alumni go to relive old memories or make new ones.
Downtown is
definitely a pro-business community, and the City Council and Planning
Commission are in the process of revamping the development codes to make
things more accommodating for both businesses and those looking to
redevelop with higher density projects.
